There are two forms and a counter here. That is everything this site can ever learn about you.

Who I am

The data controller is me, in person. There is no company behind this.

ACTIVITY
Personal technical blog. This site sells nothing and provides no online service.
02

What I collect, when and what for

Contact form: your name, your email and whatever you write. To reply to you. Nothing else.

New-video alerts: your email only. To write to you when I publish a video and its article.

Visitor counter: an irreversible hash of your IP and your browser, deleted after two days, and only if you accepted measurement. It can't identify you, and I still tell you about it and ask permission.

There is no profiling, no automated decisions, no advertising. I don't sell or share data with anyone, and I have nothing to sell.

03

On what legal basis

Contact: your consent when you press Send, and my legitimate interest in answering someone who writes to me (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f).

Alerts: your consent, given when you sign up and withdrawn in one click from any of those emails (art. 6.1.a).

Counter and videos: your consent, given or refused in the cookie notice (art. 6.1.a).

04

How long I keep it

Contact messages: as long as the conversation makes sense, and up to a year after. Then they're deleted.

Emails on the alerts list: until you unsubscribe.

Counter hashes: two days. The running total is a number, not data about you.

05

Who else sees it

Nobody on their own account. These companies process data on my instructions and only for what I ask: Resend sends the emails and holds the alerts list; Vercel hosts the site and its server logs; Neon stores the counter; Google Ireland receives your IP if you load a video, and only if you accepted it.

Some of them are in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on the EU-US adequacy framework.

06

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. In plain terms: you can ask me what I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it.

Write to web@antoniocintora.com and say which one. I have a month to answer; it's normally a lot quicker.

If you think I got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

07

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Messages and the alerts list live in Resend; the counter, in a database with restricted access. I store nobody's password, because there are no accounts here.

08

Minors

This is a technical blog. It isn't aimed at anyone under fourteen and I don't ask for data from anyone below that age.

09

If this changes

If anything above changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change really affects you, I'll tell you by email as well.
